Andrew moved to the UK in 2002, where he is currently involved in training, coaching and consultancy work with a range of leading organisations. Recent clients include international NGO’s such as Amnesty International, ActionAid and WaterAid; Public Sector clients such as the Department of Health, various Primary Care Trusts, Environmental agencies and Educational organisations; and Private Sector clients including Vodafone, Turner Broadcasting and ICI Dulux.
He is also Director of the youth leadership NGO WYSE International, which identifies promising young leaders around the world and supports them to create change in their communities. In this role, Andrew is the organisations’ representative to the United Nations.
Andrew’s expertise spans the areas of Leadership, Process Consultation, Training and Facilitation Development, Coaching and Organisational Development. He is particularly skilled at working with diverse groups and enjoys coaching with people who are Senior managers or at Board level. He has delivered training and undertaken consultancies with participants from over 100 countries in 5 different continents. His key skills are in the design and delivery of innovative training packages that utilise a coaching approach to engage participants in collaborative experiential learning processes.
